Chris E joins GVCLU Board of Directors Meeting are held the second Thursday of each month Open to Public (?): Chris will email GRLP with answer Plan on challenging the Rochester’s assault weapons ban C. Randy Credico Campaign Petitioning starts Tuesday June 8th Need a minimum of 200 signatures, 500 maximum Chris E is the only GRLP member that can sign the petitions D. GRLP Flyer Reimbursement Drew B was reimbursed $45.36 from the GRLP treasury for flyers made for GRLP outreach 4. Public Access TV Show Report (Max K) Max K will schedule a time slot to create three- 3 minute segments for the first episode, which includes: · An Introduction to Libertarianism with commentary by Chris E · NY State Gubernatorial Candidate Warren Redlich speaking at the 2010 LPNY Convention 5. GRLP Outreach Committee Chair (OCC) Drew B accepts Chris E appointment as new GRLP OCC chair 6. Resolution calling for upstate NY to become the 51st state Should the GRLP support this resolution? Referendum needs to be called for a NY Constitutional Convention in 2017 Will table our decision pending further research until next meeting 7. LPNY State Committee Report (Drew B) Treasury still in transition 20 LPNY delegates at National convention LPNY chair seeks funds from the LP: motion failed Libertarian Candidates Petitioning Dates: July 6th through August 15th LPNY Fundraiser LPNY positions opened for: Media, Political, & Membership Directors Three new LPNY chapters up for memberships: Bronx, CNY, & another county Motion discussed for a new LPNY privacy policy Bus ticket for Chris E court case reimbursed LPNY member Tom Stevens is suspended until further notice pending a hearing on June 27th for multiple infractions 8.
